Teapigs. The new grey! Fine Darjeeling tea with natural bergamot flavour.

What's speical about this tea? Most Earl Greys use poor quality China base tea, which is like palming yourself off as landed gentry when all you own is a Barbour jacket. Teapigs use the finest Darjeeling from the foothills of teh Himalayas and add zesty bergamot citrus from sunny southern Italy, to create something altogether more elegant. The blue cornflowers? Well, they just look so pretty.

Teapigs use whole leaf only, not the dust found in regular teabags; whole leaf is best. The spacious, silky, transparent bag allows maximum room for perfect infusion.

One tea bag per person, infused in boiling water for at least 3 minutes. Don't rush - just relax and watch the leaves and petals unfurl. Try this with a slice of lemon.
