Postal charges
The English Shop would like to point out the shipping cost as far as they are to be carried by the customer.
There is no minimum order amount.
We charge €4,99 for shipments within Germany. No shipping will be charged for orders over €49 inside Germany.
For deliveries outside Germany, a surcharge will be added for parcels over 30kg to represent the actual shipping cost charged by DPD. As a reference, if you order 4 trays of Guinness, two packages will be required, so for instance the shipping fee to Belgium will not be 9,99 € but 19,98 €. If you want to make sure, please ask for the specific shipping cost and we will gladly calculate it for you. The English Shop indicates the costs of delivery before the order is finally submitted so long as delivery costs occur.
If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, a fee of 4,99€ will be charged to the customer.
Parcels are being shipped with GLS to addresses in Germany and with DPD to addresses in Europe. Exceptions can not be made.
