When will I recieve my order?
95% of orders are processed within 24 hours and sent out with GLS (or DPD for countries outside of Germany). If a product you selected is currently not available we will contact you within 24 hours via email and offer a solution.
What payment methods are available to me?
Payment on Delivery: You pay on delivery. PoD comes with an additional charge of €6.90.
Direct Transfer: Your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment, please note that banks have up to 4 days handling time. Please make the payment out to English Shop Cologne:

PayPal: Log into you PayPal-Account or log in directly to PayPal. Just check the payment-details and confirm the amount. In case you don’t have a PayPal-account yet, you can register here.
Credit card: We accept MasterCard and VISA, simply choose “Credit card” when asked for your preferred method of payment
Direct Debit: After your third successful order, you can simply let us deduct the amount from your account, just choose “Debit”, we will charge your account after the order has been shipped.
Sofortbanking: Certified and secure method of payment, no additional registration necessary. Sofortbanking works with your standard PIN/TAN, please have your online banking-TAN-list at hand. Instant payment heeds the highest security standards, simply click “Sofortbanking” as method of payment and you will be redirected automatically. For more information click here. This method of payment is available to you from Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and the UK.
Invoice: This method of payment is available to you after your third order, your payment must be made within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Is there any discount available?
If you are ordering multiple cases of one product, please contact us via email or call us at +49221 2578700 to see if we can work out a discount.
How can I find an item?
You have 3 choices available to find an item or get an overview of our product range:
Choosing a category – on the left side you find our categories, simply click on them and you get directed to the detailed view over the products we have available in that category. When you click on the individual item, you get redirected to the corresponding item with a more detailed description.
The search engine – Simply enter a keyword into the search field and you will be shown the corresponding items. Don’t be disheartened if you don’t immediately find what you were looking for, simply try a variation of the keyword.
Popular brands: Right under the search-field you will find a drop-down menu of popular brands that we sell.
I cannot find a special product, is there a way to obtain it?
Please write us an email or simply call us at +49221 2578700. We will do our utmost to get you that special item!
Where can I enter a shipping address different to the billing address?
During the checkout-procedure of your order, you have the option to enter a different shipping address, in case you’re not home during the day and your neighbors or friends can accept the delivery or the order is intended as a gift. Please do remember to inform your helping hand if such is the case.
Why do I have to enter my email?
For your personal security you will receive an automated order confirmation for your records via email. Please take care to enter a correct and working email-address so we can reach you in case something has gone awry with your order.
How secure is my personal data?
We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) during every transmission of your personal details (name, address, etc.), that way third parties are unable to spy into your private details. We do need those details to process your order smoothly and to reach you in those rare cases where we may need to contact you. You can also receive our newsletter, informing you of new products and special sales if you want to, simply click the corresponding box when setting up your account. You can always change this setting.
We will under no circumstances give your personal data to third parties.
If you do wish to have your data deleted from our customer database, simply write us an email.
I received the order but am unhappy with the product.
If you don’t find the product to your satisfaction you can send it back without having to state a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Simply inform us of your cancellation via mail or email and send the product back. In case you have a special reason why you did not find the product to your liking it would help us greatly if you could inform us of said reasons so we can optimize our products. Details concerning the process of returning a product can be found in our GTC under the article “cancellation policy”.
How can I edit something during the placing of an order?
During the process of placing an order you can always edit the following sections:
- Shipping address
- Method of shipping
- Selected items (quantity etc.)
- Billing address

Where can I look at my orders after placing them?
After registering you can always simply log into your account here and review all the orders you have placed, edit your personal information and subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter.
