Colmans Mustard Powder (113g)

Mixed with cold water, Colman's powder mustard is probably the most robust tasting mustard in the world. Mix with an equal amount of cold water to prepare. Make it 10 minutes befored beeded to get the full flavour of the mustard. This lessens after a few hours, so always make mustard daily. Try replacing the water with milk or beer for an interesting change. Colman's powder mustard is also very useful ingredient in cooking. Try using it in casseroles and soups to bring out the flavour of the food.
