It's that simple!
You will need:
- 50ml vegetable oil
- 25ml water
- 1 medium egg
1. STIR cookie mix, oil, water and egg in bowl using sppon. Mix well ti thiriughly blend into stiff dough. If preferred use fingertips to gather dough together.
2. DROP well heaped teaspoons approximately 5cm (2") apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
3. BAKE for approximately 10 minutes until light golden brown around edges (for crispier cookies allow 1 to 3 minutes longer).
4. COOL for 1 minute before removing from baking sheet.
WHY NOT?! - adding 25g cocoa to the dry mix and extra 2tsp water to make double chocolate chip cookies or 50g dried sour cherries, cranberries or raisins.
